A huge thank you to Lemuel for his fantastic drive-thru order taking service. My girlfriend and I loved it; he really livened up our evening with just taking the order and processing the payment, but with such a great attitude! It was a pleasure.

Dirty. Toilets in a deplorable state. Dirty terrace. Service needs improvement, no smiles. Waited 10 minutes for 3 ice creams, but employees walked right past us, ignoring us. In short, avoid this McDonald's in Lormont.

It's a real shame because there's always something missing from the orders, and the wraps and drinks are really awful compared to other McDonald's. I find it astonishing how much of a difference there is... unfortunately, it's best avoided despite the friendly staff 👍🏻

We came for dinner as a family one evening. Although the service was a little slow due to staff shortages, we particularly appreciated the welcome from our waiter, Gursel. Despite the situation, he remained very helpful and smiling, and knew just what to say to ease the wait and ensure we had a pleasant time.

Order placed on the McDonald's+ app for two meals, including a Golden Retriever meal with a figurine, which I received without. I received a pack of 6 nuggets instead of a pack of 4. Please be more careful next time.

Kudos to Melvin (we think that was the manager's name tonight) for his hard work this evening! Despite the crowds and high demand, we were greeted with a smile and served quickly. It's been a long time since we've received such a warm welcome and excellent service at the Lormont McDonald's. Thank you to him for his professionalism!

18/08/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience We had a sensational time. The Chef is remarkable, and his team is equally extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the last course, everything was exceptionally well-executed, with a perfectly controlled pace that allowed us to fully savor every moment. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, generous, and flawlessly executed. Each dish demonstrates true expertise and remarkable mastery. What particularly distinguishes Le Prince Noir is this harmony between the excellence of the cuisine, the quality of the service, and the generosity of the entire team. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, it is rare to encounter such a complete experience, without a single flaw. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. Le Prince Noir undoubtedly deserves to be known and discovered.
17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We were very lucky because the restaurant was full, but they made us a table for four: thank you! The country burger, the tagliatelle, the broutcheta: perfect. The desserts were also good. Thank you for the warm welcome.
