An absolutely exceptional experience We had a sensational time. The Chef is remarkable, and his team is equally extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the last course, everything was exceptionally well-executed, with a perfectly controlled pace that allowed us to fully savor every moment. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, generous, and flawlessly executed. Each dish demonstrates true expertise and remarkable mastery. What particularly distinguishes Le Prince Noir is this harmony between the excellence of the cuisine, the quality of the service, and the generosity of the entire team. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, it is rare to encounter such a complete experience, without a single flaw. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. Le Prince Noir undoubtedly deserves to be known and discovered.

Excellent restaurant. We were very lucky because the restaurant was full, but they made us a table for four: thank you! The country burger, the tagliatelle, the broutcheta: perfect. The desserts were also good. Thank you for the warm welcome.

A fantastic night of wonderful food with attentive but not intrusive service. The chance to have the first course in the kitchen dishes up and explained by Chef was amazing. Chefs playlist also right up my street. The homemade cake for my wife's birthday was also a lovely tasty treat which we enjoyed the day after.

Did Family diner last week at the Prince Noir in Lomont near Bordeaux - What a great and different experience with this atypical one star Michelin restaurant. Do be surprise when you arrive, near the high way, parked along a tagged glass wall, close to a castle and bridge that could come from post apocalyptic movie set! From that the experiment is fabulous, Cuisine, Service, Ambience and decoration of the restaurent - the chef is part of the experience sharing is kitchen! Every single serving were very well executed, very balanced, taste full and subtil - simple stuff, with excellent products and creativity in combining flavor - Wife took wine according to dishes, all single glasses were exceptional and greatly matched dishes, I tried the none alcoholic combination to try! Simple mind blowing and absolutely a must to try, every glasses were different and subtily match the dishes - to me even better than wine as it does not over come flavor the dishes but simply open your taste to something else! An other factor I really appreciated was small number of tables 5 or 6 providing a very cosy ambience with no stress at all - I do love these new restaurant with limited table, feels more intimate and closed to the experience. If you want to try a new experience of fine delicate dinning in a surreal environment - try the Prince Noir!
