Lovely old building in the basement of Antibes old town buildings. Really welcoming and easy to converse in English too after me trying hard in French. Food is excellent and so much so that we came again after our friends had left town. Wild boar stew with gnocchi....! We are now regulars here and love it. Get well soon Nina.

This is an unbeatable restaurant! It seems that the owners work there themselves. Very friendly and attentive! Don't expect restaurant-style food. This small family restaurant can easily compete with large and fancy establishments in terms of quality and taste of dishes! I highly recommend visiting!

Been to Antibes two years in a row now and this was my favourite meal yet. We got the steak au poivre with fries and the spinach and goats cheese risotto. They were amazing, such good portions, even the fries were perfectly crispy. Service was great, the woman was so lovely. Would 100% go back, wish I found it sooner!

Such a great little find in Antibes. The food was genuinely delicious, and the whole place had that cozy, authentic old town feel that makes dinner memorable.
It was completely packed, and one woman was somehow handling both hosting and serving the entire room. She stayed friendly, calm, and attentive even with every table full, which honestly made the experience even more impressive.
Between the food, atmosphere, and service, this ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. Definitely worth going out of your way for.

Been coming to Le Chaudron over the past few summers, as it nevers disappoints, always deliciously satisfying. Cozy atmosphere, smaller menu with French bistro classics mixed with Italian and Provencal "slow food" entrees like risottos, stews, and braises. A few great wines and stellar deserts, especially a standout creme brulee, best I've had anywhere in a long time. Service very friendly and helpful, albeit slower at busier times. Maybe not ideal if you're in rush, but for a date night, an evening with a great company, or a relaxing solo meal, it's an absolute gem
