I really enjoyed the butcher's cut (beef tagliata) with its fries and excellent pepper sauce. I also loved the French toast brioche with Nutella and whipped cream. Generous portions! The price is a bit higher than average in the city center, but honestly, after the first bite, you understand it's worth it. The manager is very friendly. The dining room is lovely, with a cozy and calm atmosphere.

A place you absolutely must eat. The cassoulet is incredible; we had a set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. In short, I recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Reservations are recommended.

01/05/2026: We opted for the vegan menu accompanied by a very good bottle of red Côtes de Provence. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent as well.
27/04/2026: No goodwill gesture for a digestif, what a shame.
