There's a "WiFi" sign outside, but it supposedly doesn't work. Salad is served without dressing; you have to add your own. Two poorly poured glasses of red wine – about 0.18 liters each – cost €11. Contrary to the menu, dessert is served without vanilla ice cream, "because it would melt." Main courses can only be described as slightly below average. Overall: recommended at most for those who enjoy frog legs on weekends.

Simply one of the best restaurants in Trévoux, if not the best. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is top-notch, and the food is perfect. Everything was delicious with minimal waiting time. A must-try in town and an excellent place we will definitely return to! I give it a 10/10! 👍

The all-you-can-eat frog legs menu was fantastic, especially with the dauphinoise potatoes! Thanks to his team and thank you, Marc!

Nice setting for dinner, quiet little pedestrian alley. Heavy and quite tasty meal. Friendly service, we'll be back.

I had a plate of frogs' legs with dauphinoise potatoes and an extra crème brûlée for dessert. It was excellent!

Fantastic evening, charming setting, excellent service, delicious and very generous frog legs. The complimentary digestif at the end was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.

Belles Rives Braises & Condiments, France

30/09/2026: On a friend's recommendation, we tried this riverside restaurant and were won over by the quality of the hanger steaks and salmon fillets. The setting is peaceful, and the "Caprice" side of the Rhône is delicious ;-) I highly recommend this place and would gladly return :-)
