Pleasant setting, very good service good value for money A pleasure from aperitif to dessert What if the profiteroles could be iced with mint..... Mint frosting is now on offer what more could you want.... I'm having dinner there this evening and it's always a pleasure

We arrived at 8 p.m. We ordered a starter at 8:20 p.m. the starter arrived an hour and a half late. One hour for the main course and half an hour for the dessert. So we left the restaurant at 00:00. Disappointed with how long it took to prepare the meal. But the meal is still excellent.

We had an excellent time at the Le Chaudron restaurant. The staff are really very helpful and friendly. Very nice discovery and a menu with homemade and traditional cuisine which allows you to discover local specialties. Thank you for this good time.

Quite disappointed. *Reservation for 8, 2 last minute cancellations: the boss blames us and tells us that he loses 2€ per cancellation... Nice atmosphere on arrival. *The Server never smiled all evening, few explanations when I asked if there were any specialties. *My pierrade arrived, I was told it was served with small vegetables to fry on the stone: I had 1 mushroom cut into strips!!! Fortunately the meat was excellent phew at 26€! *For dessert, the lost brioche: minimalist 1 slice of brioche and 1 small scoop of ice cream on top and that's it. No whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel for example for a little indulgence.... 8€ anyway! *Big addition without much satisfaction therefore frustration!!

Nice little restaurant in the heart of Valenciennes. Not crazy, it works. A little expensive for some dishes but overall is ok. 3/5.

11/10/2024: Too good! YUM But I will probably never come back because it is TOO EXPENSIVE. I'll just stick to pasta with butter too bad...
09/10/2024: Honestly, I love the restaurant, the atmosphere is amazing, but unfortunately the prices keep going up. It's really disgusting for a brand that was originally intended for students.

04/08/2024: Very good in all points of view, quality of products and service, Teddy, aunt Danielle, Lucas and all the others are at the top, an emergency Duvel never seen before! lol small disappointment with the chocolate mousse but nothing dramatic
