Absolutely perfect place to eat. They cater to large groups well. We were 13 people, but next to us sat a group of 25+... and everything was taken care of. There were also tables for 4-6 people, and they were always smiling. The service was top-notch 👍🏻. The culinary quality was amazing - one of the best French dining experiences, there haven't been many... But this one will definitely be remembered. Everything we ate was delicious. No one complained... the children's menu was fantastic... no one had room for dessert, but it was included in the children's menu. We got apple pie - and it was wonderful. 🤩 In short - the atmosphere is great, the flavors of France are there, and the service is top-notch. Bravo 👏🏻

We visited the restaurant with high expectations but were disappointed with the steak dish. The meat was served at a different degree of doneness than requested, and even after being replaced - the quality was low, hard to chew and tasteless. In relation to the price, the value was not worthy. Maybe the restaurant is better in other dishes, but we will not order the steak again.

We celebrated a birthday during our ski trip in early January and we ate at Le Chaudron Magique. It was a very good restaurant overall. The food was very good. We ordered a raclette for two and a Savoyard fondue for two. The extra charcuterie platters and salad were very generous. However, be careful with the salad; we noticed that it wasn't very well washed when we got our first bowl. They have large tables, so I recommend making a reservation if you're a large group. We chatted a lot with the waiters and the manager at the bar; they were very friendly and welcoming. It's a shame, though, that the restrooms (which are public, by the way) are located in the basement of the building where they're situated. There aren't any toilets in the restaurant itself, and it's quite noisy for such a small, low-ceilinged space.

This is such a lovely spot, nice and cosy lovely music and the food was amazing. One of the best racket tea we’ve had.

The pierrade was ok, pizza and burger very generic, meat skewer super dry. Maybe should have tried the fondue

Wonderful traditional Savoie restaurant. The food is excellent, the staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is happy and buzzing and, for something different, the seats have individual sheepskin cushioning to sit on. The raclette is a must.
