A lovely little family evening. There was a misunderstanding at the start with one of the servers, but it was quickly resolved. He apologized and offered a very generous gesture of goodwill. It's not every restaurant where you leave satisfied after a minor issue at the beginning! Thank you, Aurélie, and the rest of the team.

We had a generally pleasant evening at Le Chêne Rouge restaurant. The welcome was a little cold at first; Aurélien was initially unpleasant, but after a brief exchange, he redeemed himself, and the rest of the service unfolded in a much better atmosphere, which we appreciated. The meal, although served a little late and therefore slightly lukewarm, was tasty and well-presented. We also received a small gesture of goodwill, a thoughtful touch that we found appreciated.

Second time I've come, the first time it was really good, but we were rather disappointed: the meat was dry and not very rare, as we had requested. We were offered extra fries when our meat was finished, so no point. We'll try again another time to really judge....

This is our second time here, and we'll be back. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent and very generous. I highly recommend it!

Super friendly staff. The fries are excellent, the meat is very good quality and very tender, I really enjoyed it. The Chêne Rouge sauce, however, lacks a bit of finesse; I think the recipe needs to be reworked.

22/11/2025: Hello, The staff were welcoming, the food was good, but there was a lack of toilet paper in the men's restroom. It's a shame we had to wait so long despite the restaurant being quiet. The staff weren't very attentive, as they forgot to bring us small spoons, which we had to go and get ourselves because they weren't brought when we asked for them.
22/11/2025: Excellent service, lively from start to finish thanks to the young Titouan, who had a very professional and smiling attitude.
