We went to the restaurant Le Cheval Rouge for November 11th during the Ste Menehould fair. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and professionalism of the young waiters. The meal itself went very well, with relatively generous and tasty dishes, although the seafood sauerkraut could have used a bit more cabbage. Otherwise, everything was good, and the pig's trotter was excellent. Prices were reasonable. A very nice discovery; we will definitely be back.

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel! The staff is always accommodating and friendly. As for the restaurant, with its gourmet cuisine, I highly recommend it. The wait staff is cheerful, attentive, and caring towards guests. This family-run establishment has a pleasant atmosphere. Keep it up!! I highly recommend this place for your overnight stays or to simply enjoy a good meal. Travelers, best regards Manu
