A beautifully renovated establishment, tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. A warm welcome awaits you at the Terre restaurant, which offers a refined yet high-quality menu. The wine selection is equally impressive, and the bartender is adept at creating bespoke cocktails. However, the portions are a bit small, and the small stinginess of charging extra for side dishes is a little excessive. But it's a reopening, and adjustments will surely be made based on positive feedback. A restaurant to dine in without hesitation.

Le Chevreuil in Meursault is an institution for the villagers and those who have known the various chefs who have worked there over the years. Brought to prominence by Mère Daugier and her famous terrine at the beginning of the 20th century, this establishment, located opposite the Saint Nicolas church, has hosted countless festive meals where Meursault wine was generously served to the locals. A must-try! It has been reborn today after extensive renovations and beautification, adorning itself with the trappings of a beautiful, luxurious establishment where everything seems designed for pleasure. The expansive terrace overlooks the Château de Cîteaux and its vineyards, and turning around, one can admire the proportions of the superb medieval bell tower. A refined and elegant place that delighted us with its peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed some delicious tapas and a light cocktail with attentive and friendly service…we will definitely return to try the restaurant's dishes. I highly recommend it.

Without even opening a menu, the dishes prepared that day were brought to our table. The menu cover featured an illustration of a deer. An auberge located in the heart of the village, housed in a building dating back to 1866. • Amuse-bouche: Fried food and pickled red onions in a cream sauce. A light dish. • Main course: Fragrant grilled meat with mushrooms, romanesco, and slow-roasted new potatoes. • Dessert: Apple compote with ice cream and tiled dough. • Wine: Volnay 2011, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley Volnay 2011 (Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley). Since Meursault is a village in the southern Côte de Beaune, this wine is characteristic of the region.
