Pleasant setting, the staff is friendly and professional. I recommend trying the different bowls as well as the beef ribs and finishing with a peach melba.

We were in Calais for the day and had lunch at ‘Le Chill’. Our waiter Ulrich was super friendly and gave some top advice on the food. The menu was limited because the kitchen needs to be refurbished but the cheese platter was good and included a baked Camembert. My wine (St Estèphe) was divine. The atmosphere was lovely and so relaxing. We recommend.

We tried the brunch option at €20 per person, including freshly squeezed orange juice: fantastic! Savory options included cheese, salmon and avocado toast, and scrambled eggs on brioche; sweet options included fruit, fromage blanc, French toast, and pastries... definitely worth trying! The service was also very friendly 😊

Excellent meal! My choice was simple (butcher's cut). I asked for it rare, and it was indeed rare—kudos to the chef! That's not always the case in other restaurants. Nice decor, very friendly and welcoming staff. In short, don't hesitate to click the "to drink" button; it's well deserved. I highly recommend it; the whole menu is good.

So much fish on one platter, for €16, and top quality! The mountain of smoked salmon would have been enough for three people!

A fantastic find! A wonderful discovery. We came as a group of 13 without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Everything was delicious, from the brunch to the main courses. Lovely atmosphere.

30/10/2025: Exceptional food, service, everything! Not over priced and everything was delicious. French cooking, at its finest. You will leave feeling very content and full! All the staff were so friendly and accommodated us with the language barrier, flitting between French and English (even a drawing of the vegetable that was the soup of the day for extra help!😆) Will definitely be back! Merci!!!
