Excellent food! I had the duck breast, cooked to perfection 👍👍, and it even came with raspberries – perfect with the duck breast. It was beautifully presented and well-served. The white wine was a good quality, and the bill was very reasonable considering we had two meals, wine and beer, ice cream, and coffee for €68. I highly recommend it; we ate very well and were well-served. A big thank you to the chef – they're often overlooked, but without them, we wouldn't be able to eat! In short, a great memory of Calais.

We went there several times and were always satisfied. A really nice place, English worked well, and I managed relatively well with my rather poor French. The food was great, the coffee was a bit weak, but that was okay too.

Quentin and Chloé are the best servers, the rest leave something to be desired… the team is always changing.

Cool bar/café with delicious coffee. I tried a latte macchiato with crème brûlée flavor.

Cafe de Paris

09/11/2025: As always, nothing to say, just perfect 👌🏼
30/10/2025: Exceptional food, service, everything! Not over priced and everything was delicious. French cooking, at its finest. You will leave feeling very content and full! All the staff were so friendly and accommodated us with the language barrier, flitting between French and English (even a drawing of the vegetable that was the soup of the day for extra help!😆) Will definitely be back! Merci!!!

Au Calice

14/09/2026: A big thumbs up to Alicia, Greg, and Valentin for their kindness and professionalism! It's always a pleasure to go to Le Calice! The setting is idyllic and the food is high quality at very affordable prices.
09/09/2026: I had never been to Le Chalice, even though I live in Calais. Since the change of ownership, we wanted to try it. Pleasantly surprised! A varied menu with options to suit different dietary needs. The staff are so kind! We will be back.
