The food was excellent, the place was friendly, and the staff very pleasant!
I highly recommend it.
But do remember to book ahead, as you might not get a table without a reservation.

We had a wonderful time.
The meal was excellent; everything was delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth.
The pig's trotters were a real treat. The melon was perfectly sweet and had a succulent flavor. The tripe was exquisite, with no acidity. The chocolate mousse was smooth and thick—truly fantastic.
The staff is dynamic and incredibly friendly.
The chef is attentive to the well-being and satisfaction of his customers.
This is an excellent restaurant.

We came as a family, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining the different dishes on offer. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back!

A great place just steps from the cathedral. Very reasonable prices, simple yet effective and locally sourced cuisine, a small menu that reflects the quality of the ingredients, impeccable service with a smile... It's rare these days to leave a restaurant so satisfied without having to sell one of the kids... Don't hesitate if you're in the area.

A short lunch break at this restaurant under the cool arcades. They have a set menu and a chalkboard menu, and today we ordered calf's head with gribiche sauce (available as a starter or main course). It was a nice presentation and very good. I asked if I could have steamed potatoes, and they brought them, so everything was perfect. We also ordered the trout tartare, and it was excellent as well. My only complaint is that the salad had a lot of ribs, and some of the leaves didn't look fresh (that's just my opinion), and the potatoes were vacuum-packed (a bit of a shame). What we did appreciate was the owner's sense of humor 👍 and the professionalism of the young waitress.

We had an exceptional lunch at Chistera. Everything came together for a perfect moment: a warm welcome and genuine conviviality that immediately put you at ease.
The cuisine lives up to the welcome, with high-quality ingredients prepared with finesse. We savored the incredibly fresh Banka trout tartare, followed by the must-try homemade calf's head with its gribiche sauce, simply perfect.
The professionalism was impeccable throughout the service, demonstrating a rare level of commitment. A must-visit for gourmets seeking authenticity and excellence.
We will gladly return to this establishment, where conviviality is guaranteed.
