A mixed experience at Cin5. The welcome and the interactive tasting menu were fantastic; you really feel at ease in this intimate setting. However, the taste and culinary creativity we expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant fell short.
We had specified our dietary restrictions (no fish or pork), and we were surprised to find that the ingredients were simply removed from the plate without being replaced to maintain the balance of flavors. The promise of Mauritian cuisine lacked originality here. A lovely evening in a beautiful setting, but a gastronomic disappointment.

Atmosphere: Cozy, calm, 8 tables.
Cuisine: Bold, blending local and island ingredients without being excessive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

What a wonderful journey through revisited Savoyard dishes and Mauritian inspirations... A nine-course meal in an alcove for an unforgettable experience. The dishes were incredibly fresh, with original flavors that swept us away in a whirlwind of emotions. Keep up the great work!

Yet this week, for the first time, I experienced a flawless experience. One word comes to mind: thank you.
Everything was perfect. The ideas were innovative, the flavors sophisticated, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art.
The servers were smiling and meticulous, and the sommelier, a 22-year-old, was incredibly passionate and engaging.
Nestled in the heart of the village, in a magnificent hotel, nothing is left to chance.
We will be back, that's for sure.
