Le Cinq You sur Arcachon

Dinner for three. Extremely pleasant, warm place and superbly crafted decoration details. Lots of nods to Savoie and Mauritius. The food was fantastic, a mix of classic and original. The Savoie/Mauritius mix proposed raises questions and works perfectly! It's always a marvel to see chefs come up with incredible combinations and bring out different flavors in each bite. The service was impeccable, very careful, clear and professional. Bonus: our children were looked after by the hotel which hosts the restaurant, a significant plus when you are passing through and without the possibility of care to enjoy this perfect moment.

Careful presentation of the dishes but the flavors do not necessarily follow. A three-part menu which turned out to be very quick (from appetizer to first dessert in just 1h30). As soon as the plates were finished we had the rest and the bread at the table was forgotten, requested and immediately removed, a shame because the one with turmeric and tomme des bauges looked nice but we didn't have time to eat it. to taste. The epic was very pleasant, smiling and attentive to our needs. The setting is very friendly and retains a charm between the rustic side of the mountain chalets and the sober reminder of the Mauritius island.

Very good culinary experience. A very refined blend of flavors. A very beautiful trip. The only downside is the VERY VERY long service!!! We spent 4 hours at the table in a heated room. It's a shame because we had to go out and get some fresh air on several occasions. On the other hand, the service was perfect with all the explanations for each dish.

Exquisite dishes, top notch and attentive service

There are two restaurants, we were in the Heart. The dishes are nothing extraordinary, which makes their price and small size inappropriate. The service is very attentive.

Where have the Managers gone? We see that there is a lack of a manager to coordinate the service.
