A wonderful evening on the terrace at the end of September. Perfect service. We had snails and foie gras as starters, followed by a beuchelle and veal, and then soufflé and brioche for dessert. A harmonious and delicate meal.

I invited all my wedding guests to the restaurant LE CLAPOTIS last year, and they handled everything perfectly. There were about forty of us, everyone was served at the same time, the food was piping hot, and it was a real treat for everyone! The cuisine is refined, and we've been going back from time to time ever since. It's one of the best restaurants near Tours ✨

A very warm welcome. Excellent home-style cooking. The waitresses and waitresses were energetic. I really appreciated the little candle they added to my dessert. The only slight drawback was the somewhat long wait at the start.

A pleasant restaurant on the banks of the Cher River, except that passersby walk between the tables and the restaurant with their dogs, lifting their legs to relieve themselves. The set menu is horribly expensive (€48 for a starter, main course, and dessert) for such small portions, and one dish (monkfish) was cold. The cheese course, four tiny slices, is excessive considering the price. And let's not even mention the wine: €28 a bottle. There are small restaurants where both quantity and quality are present for much less.
