An excellent place. A gourmet moment. Each plate is a palette of colors. Bravo to the chef and his battery. A remarkable welcome and service. I highly recommend this place.

High quality gastronomy address, thank you The scallops and foie gras as starters were really excellent, a presentation nothing to envy of the great known restaurants. I really loved this soft foie gras with red wine which is a change, I will really remember it The dishes are perfectly mastered as well as the cooking Bravo to the chef we will come back as soon as we are passing through. At mills. Very good poultry juice with honey a very nice wine list. The desserts are good, the pavlova is a treat. the Mont Blanc, a shame that fell on the plate. A waitress who is a bit stressful can be a shame But smiling. See you soon this summer

An exceptional hotel offering the very highest standard of rooms and service with a remarkable restaurant.

First time in this very famous restaurant in Moulins. We were really not disappointed, everything was very good, the service was perfect. A unique place for great occasions like our case. I would just make a very small remark on the “after dessert” which was morello cherries with alcohol which we unfortunately did not eat.. We were more expecting dry cakes or chocolates..

Excellent, impeccable service, pleasant and professional. Sublime dishes. An address to keep for an exceptional meal.

This was our second time in this location. The service is exceptionally good, we felt very well looked after again. The rooms are very nice and the location is perfect.

Très belle maison bourgeoise, avec un très beau jardin, très bien meublée et rénovée avec grand soin , beaucoup de classe , personnel parfait et très sympathique : tradition et confort !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement et avons été ravis de cette expérience. L'accueil est très chaleureux, avec du personnel affable et dévoué. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le dîner pris au restaurant était bon, avec des plats bien présentés et goûteux. Enfin, si l'hôtel est un peu excentré, son parc spacieux permet de garer sa voiture puis de se rendre au centre-ville historique en 10 mn à pied. Une très bonne expérience.
