Passing through town, we were lucky enough to find this restaurant right on our route. The welcome and service were top-notch, with a special mention for the wild boar stew and the chestnut fondant! Highly recommended.

We have had lunch several times in this restaurant which is excellent, I don't know if they have changed owners but today it was really not up to standard despite very friendly owners.

11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.
