Very good meal overall, with however an unevenness on the dishes: me surprised by my eggplants, generous fish and rich seasoning decorated with flowers, and my guest more mixed with his ham which was nevertheless very good. As an aperitif, no more appetizers…. Just a pot of mini pretzel 😱 for an establishment like this that I knew was much classier… We are not in a brewery! Especially with a glass of champagne 🍾

La Signature

05/04/2024: The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly. There is a wide variety of dishes, desserts and coffee, which is essential after a meal. Ordering via a tablet makes the experience comfortable and dynamic. The sesame jam, tea ice cream and sushi, the house specialty, are a must. I am really delighted to be able to have lunch in a warm atmosphere. These are the reasons why I don't give it 5 stars: - There are a lot of lawyers. I like experimental Japanese food, but this makes the menu very repetitive. - Many fried foods were not crispy I also missed the classic Sunomono, but that didn't affect my rating. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to visit it.
30/03/2024: I finally had the chance to visit this place. I've been to many buffets, but this one is very unique. We don't have to get up from our seats to get what we want to eat. I like the idea that they are trying to minimize waste. I found it to be OK but not extraordinary. Gyoza was great and some of their signature sushi was good. The other sides were just ok. Anyway, I'll try to go back sometime. The service was excellent. Ps. If you can't finish something you ordered, ask for takeout.
