An excellent restaurant in Avignon! Le Cochon Bleu is one I wholeheartedly recommend. The welcome is always warm and the service impeccable: the team is attentive, professional, and takes great care of you.
The food is a true delight, with generous, flavorful dishes prepared using high-quality ingredients. Each plate showcases fresh, carefully selected ingredients, which makes all the difference.
A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and dedication. It's always a pleasure to come for lunch or dinner. A must-visit for all lovers of good food!

The food was sensational and the cooking was very well done. The escargot was big and super delicious; better than what we ate in Paris! Every dish came perfectly and would definitely come back here! The attendant was very kind and even brought us repellent for the mosquitoes.. overall my family and I enjoyed it very much!

Love it. When visiting new places, I make it a point to try and find local favorites instead of tourist traps. No English in the menu, which gets be sometimes but it's a fun experience.
Here, the service is great! The bartender was super friendly and spoke English to give recommendations. Our waitress only spoke French but was patient with our trying to pronounce and translate.
The food was enjoyable and the prices reasonable. The escargot are so good! Same for the gnocci...Amazing.
There were a few things I didn't love but I could tell it's due to personal taste as it was obvious everything was well prepared. 5/5

We used to dine at this restaurant from time to time, finding it quite pleasant. This time was a real disappointment: no seasonal produce, no asparagus, no strawberries… the bread was of appalling quality, and the otherwise agreeable waiter was tasked with taking the owner's dog out during service so it could relieve itself in the alley… frankly, we were disappointed and probably won't be going back. We know that the restaurant business is tough, but you still have to question yourself regularly when you're in this profession. What a shame!

best way to arrive into Avignon ! what a warm atmosphere and delightfully tasty dishes - i had the escargots, lamb stew and half-baked chocolate cake with ice cream. absolutely satisfying. highly recommended !!
