Romantic dinner the day after Valentine's Day.
The welcome and service were pleasant. The amuse-bouche arrived quickly, as did the starter, main course, and dessert, with very little waiting.
The dishes were very good, and the ingredients were of high quality.
The decor of the dining room is modern and minimalist, which may not appeal to everyone. Signs indicating the location of the restaurant and the entrance for those not staying at the hotel would be appreciated.
Update: My partner had indigestion the next day.

Contrary to other reviews, our Valentine's Day meal, with a 7 pm reservation, was flawless. There was a slight wait for coffee, but that was to be expected given the occasion.
The meal was very generous and delicious. The cocktails were also very enjoyable.
Valentine's Day is a busy evening, and in our opinion, you handled it perfectly!

The welcome was perfect, although orders stopped being taken at 9:20 pm (Lyon time...). The service was quite smooth and quick, and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The salmon gravlax was excellent, the spelt risotto a little less so, but still tasty. I think the price-quality ratio is a bit high, especially the desserts, which, while good, were overpriced. The place is pleasant and comfortable, apart from those awful curtains whose design is literally blinding. I recommend going without ordering dessert and with your back to the curtains.

A generous breakfast with a varied selection, and the servers were very pleasant and attentive. We'll definitely come back in warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. The setting is beautiful.

It's really expensive for what it is. The dishes are good, but nothing special... and not very generous portions.
€49 for a main course/dessert and a glass of wine is excessive for what it is.

We received a very warm welcome. Our allergies, which we had mentioned when booking, were taken into account upon arrival (the allergen list wasn't up-to-date).
There was a long wait for the appetizers and bread.
We were a little disappointed when the gluten-free bread arrived in a plastic bag.
Just a few minutes later, the main courses arrived, one of which was lukewarm, even cold (delicious but cold, and cooked as requested).
This was followed by a very long wait after they finally gave us the menus for dessert.
We ended up leaving after this excessively long wait. The restaurant is delicious, but perhaps not up to the expected standard.
