Not great this time: Thai beef salad a bit bland (not even a hint of spicy taste), Galician beef not very tender and 45 minutes of waiting for dessert.

The dishes were always so original (flavors, presentation) and excellent. Our server was perfect: efficient and kind. However, there were two tables with groups generating an extremely loud noise that spoiled our evening. We were a couple, and to be able to communicate, we had to lean over the table.

Refined cuisine, quality products, and exceptional staff. A very attentive waitress who perfectly accommodated food allergies. We enjoyed lunch there with great pleasure and complete confidence. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I highly recommend it.

Remarkable cuisine. Cold lettuce soup with tuna tartare and burata heart...exceptional. Veal chuck to eat by the spoonful, revisited strawberry shortcake, or sesame praline profiteroles for dessert for my husband. Menu with excellent value for money. I can't wait to go back.

A wonderful discovery, this "cabin" hidden deep in Nanterre. The perfect recipe for a restaurant we love, a cuisine that combines simplicity with a touch of creativity, with perfectly mastered juices and sauces. The dining room has a very friendly atmosphere and impeccable service. It's worth noting that the restaurant has just opened a brand new terrace. Congratulations to chef Jean François Bury and his team.

True bistronomy! A superb address in Nanterre where chef Jean-François Bury showcases all his talent. The menus are sophisticated, carefully crafted, always delicious and seasonal, and at affordable prices. The service is a bit slow, but the setting is very pleasant.

03/11/2024: It's the neighborhood bistro where you can grab a bite to eat and recharge your batteries. A warm welcome with a large counter and a bright room opposite the market and a terrace. I recommend having a mint tea or coffee. The merguez sandwich and fries are delicious. The boss and his team are good and make this place unique. To try the rest of the menu.
09/08/2024: A TOP welcome, a great atmosphere but above all quality dishes at a very attractive price. If like me you are a fan of red meat, you are in for a treat, it is always killer!!!
