An absolutely exceptional experience. From the very first bites, we were blown away by the quality of the dishes. Each plate reveals true expertise, remarkably high-quality ingredients, and exquisite flavor combinations. Much more than just a crêperie, it's a true gastronomic experience. The spectacle offered by the open kitchen is equally captivating. Watching the chef and his assistant work with such precision, skill, and fluidity is impressive. You immediately feel the passion, rigor, and exacting standards that drive this establishment. Finally, the service is impeccable: professional, attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced, without ever being intrusive. This is an establishment that fully deserves its reputation, and I recommend it without hesitation. A huge congratulations to the entire team!

Delicious! Great selection of crepes and galettes, friendly staff, but it was very crowded when we visited and we had the last free table. Also a bit pricey, but worth it for the price.

As for the food, it was a succession of delightful surprises. Each dish was as delicious as the last, with original flavor combinations and, for some, an exotic touch that goes beyond the ordinary. If you want to enjoy a top-quality crepe—or rather, a Breton galette—then you can't miss this place inside the citadel of Saint-Malo. The atmosphere is fantastic, a blend of Brittany and Japan—we dined at the counter, watching the chef masterfully cook the galettes on four parallel griddles—born from the founder's passion for his homeland and the traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun. The place is charming, refined yet simple, frequented by tourists and many locals. The dishes are tasty, well-crafted, and well-prepared, always using local ingredients. The wine and beer selection is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Reservations are required.

A crêperie that offers a welcome change from the traditional ham, egg, and cheese galette, which is very enjoyable, but the prices reflect that! The only slight downside was the wait, but our server was very pleasant. A great place!

The service is veeeery slow... we didn't even have dessert... that says it all... it's a shame because apart from that everything is perfect, everything is delicious!
