A very interesting experience. It's an excellent place to discover and rediscover new flavors.

Lunch today, the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The flavor combinations were very successful. The service was friendly, provided by a young waiter who spoke a little too quickly when describing the dishes (this isn't a criticism, just a suggestion for improvement). A slight disappointment: we were the only four of us in the restaurant, and the chef walked past our table at the end of our meal without a word, a greeting, or even a glance. That's a shame.

The restaurant lives up to its name. Fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared by true professionals who even work right in front of the customer. Perfect.
