François was fantastic, gave excellent advice, and was super friendly.

What a wonderful discovery on Rue du Cherche-Midi! We ordered a varied selection, and everything was absolutely delicious. The fish was impeccably fresh, and the presentation in the black box was truly elegant. The salmon sushi was particularly melt-in-your-mouth tender—a real treat. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
