In April, under a summer sky, we settled down on the shaded terrace (the interior decor is lovely too). We were first in line and therefore served quickly.
We opted for the set menu of starter and main course, with coffee included (for €21).
We chose the pâté with salad and a fresh goat cheese with tapenade on toast: as visually appealing as they were delicious.
Then, we had two beautiful free-range chicken thighs accompanied by small vegetables and new potatoes. Excellent and generous portions! Local produce and homemade cuisine. We finished with two Americanos, also very good.
The team is young, cheerful, and works with music playing (but don't worry, it's not too loud... the music 😄).
A very good place to eat!

High-quality local produce, cooked with passion and served on generous plates, in a wonderfully pleasant setting, all prepared and served by a very friendly team. I highly recommend this place, located in a beautiful setting.
During good weather or holidays, I advise you to book in advance, even though reservations aren't required.

What a shame! The dishes on the €21 set menu were mediocre and not worth the price. We had a pleasant time by the canal and enjoyed beers at €4.50 each, which, while craft, is overpriced for the clientele. After several digestifs and beers, not a single round was offered, and the customer service was nonexistent. It's a pity because the location is exceptional. I'm not sure I'll be back.

I stumbled upon this place by chance, but sometimes things just work out. I ate the best goat cheese salad in years, nicknamed Combebelle. The foie gras was excellent, not to mention the cassoulet. In short, it was perfect, except for the weather which prevented us from eating outside on the canal-side terrace. Go for it without hesitation and with your taste buds open! Impeccable service 👌

We stopped at Comptoir Nature one day in March, a bit windy and chilly, just as winter was beginning. The food, the welcome, and the atmosphere inside were perfect and quickly warmed us up. An unpretentious place with excellent, generous, and flavorful dishes, an original salad, and a delicious cassoulet—we highly recommend this place in any season.
