05/08/2026: This gourmet restaurant is located in a charming corner of Beaugency. The first impression is good (setting, decor, welcome). The cuisine is inventive. The downsides: all the main courses arrived lukewarm. The red wine ordered at the beginning of the meal (Chinon) arrived at 24 degrees Celsius! I pointed this out to the head waitress, who tried to justify it. This is not the expected behavior in a gourmet restaurant. The Champagne ordered as an aperitif should have been served in glasses in front of the customers. The canapés accompanying the Champagne arrived when the Champagne was almost finished. I regret that the chef didn't come to the dining room. I hope these comments help you improve.
