I discovered this restaurant yesterday. The food was excellent, both in quality and quantity. I highly recommend the burgers; they're perfect.
I would mention one small drawback: the background music. It was quite bothersome for me, as I personally had some difficulty understanding what people were saying. A little less volume, or perhaps better-chosen music, would have made a difference. We had to ask for a carafe of water. Probably an oversight.
The service was quick after we ordered.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise. In addition to a very warm welcome, the food was delicious and satisfying. We started with generous appetizers, then had a burger and a Thai dish. We went back, and once again the food was excellent. For those in the know, they serve L'ARBEG beer... The owner and the waiter are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend it.

A smile, or at least a little empathy for the customer, would be more pleasant for everyone and would encourage repeat business. It's a shame, because the rest is good.

Came recommended from my hotel in Tavers.
Lovely location. Friendly owner / manager, but as far as the two waitrons go seemingly just a job. No smiles and no follow-ups.
The burger was ordered medium and came very rare. I eat stake rare, but a beef patty closervto medium. Chips were lovely and salad leaves came with a dressing. Salt was placed on the table, no pepper, nothing.
I ordered a cabernet franc ehich come with more sediment than the Loire river…
I settled for an espresso to finish.
So much potential to go that extra mile!
