An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! I ate what is, without a doubt, the best Flemish carbonnade of my life. Pure bliss! The menu is also remarkably transparent: everything is listed, and you can immediately taste the quality of the dishes and the 100% homemade desserts (special mention for the dessert in a jar, as beautiful as it was delicious). To accompany it all, the small local beer was simply delightful. The welcome is extremely warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is fantastic: the restaurant is air-conditioned inside and has a lovely little terrace outside. The icing on the cake: an impeccable atmosphere and excellent music, with the greatest blues standards playing in the background (B.B. King, Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers...). A real treat for the ears! The prices are quite reasonable for such quality. This is the kind of place where you'll gladly leave a tip without hesitation. A truly delightful discovery! Without a reservation (though I highly recommend making one), I received a very warm welcome for a solo dinner. A solution was quickly offered. The ambiance is modern and elegant, with lovely choices of lighting, tables, cutlery, and decor. The menu is very varied, featuring local products, and the daily specials are imaginative. They offered excellent beer recommendations. The staff is professional and friendly, with a relaxed, "friends-only" atmosphere. The quality of the meat I was served was incredible, as were the cooking and the side dishes. The apple-speculoos fondant dessert was delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and creativity. A wonderful experience!

Delicious and generous portions; the carbonnade and fries were excellent. A good selection of beer; we tried a very pleasant fruity beer from Méteren. The gourmet coffee is a must-try! Thierry and Lucas are very friendly and welcoming. Thierry helped us share childhood memories of Bailleul! Thank you for this lovely time and warm welcome.
