It was our first visit, but certainly not the last. The quality of the products is exceptional and the wine list is very interesting.

We chose Le Concept in Dijon to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful evening! A huge thank you to the chef, who prepares all the dishes on the menu entirely from scratch. Everything was absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and elegant presentation. A true delight from start to finish! A big thank you also to our server, who was exceptional throughout the entire meal. Smiling, very approachable, attentive, and with a genuine sense of customer service, she greatly contributed to making our evening even more enjoyable. Finally, a special mention to the manager, who was equally welcoming, warm, and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. We've been coming to Concept for several years now, and it's always a real pleasure to return. The welcome is warm, the service is friendly, and the staff are lovely, natural, and attentive. We also enjoy discovering the new culinary offerings with each visit. The value for money is excellent, with delicious, perfectly cooked dry-aged meats. A great neighborhood spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, where you're always guaranteed a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!
