Le Concept sur Dijon

A gem in a sea of restaurants in Dijon. The atmosphere is modern beautiful if there is such a thing. LOL. The food offering is a prepared to perfection! Hope the pics does it justice. The service while warm and friendly was spotty. Definitely a restaurant that worth a try if you’re in Dijon. (We arrived early for our 7p reservation and they were good enough to seat us, hence the the empty restaurant video)

A great place. We've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. It's best to book ahead as the dining room isn't very large, but the service is impeccable and the menus are always delicious.

I agree with many of the comments: fast service, beautiful and delicious dishes! The set menu (main course and dessert) is really affordable and well worth it! 😁 Excellent restaurant and super warm, friendly, and welcoming staff!

Noisy. Service was only moderately friendly. Small portions. Fresh and tasty ingredients, but the quantity/quality ratio could be improved.

My partner and I had dinner at Concept and had a truly delightful time. The setting is magnificent, both elegant and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The service was also excellent: the waitress was very friendly, attentive, and professional. We started with two glasses of rosé champagne, perfect for kicking off the evening. For the starter, the gravlax salmon was delicious and perfectly seasoned. As for the main courses: – My partner chose a pike-perch fillet with beurre blanc sauce, delicate and perfectly executed. – For me, the sesame-crusted tuna saku, tataki-style, was simply exceptional. For dessert, a beautifully crafted homemade profiterole, accompanied by a high-quality chocolate, brought the meal to a perfect close. Two coffees to finish, and a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this restaurant. A fantastic discovery!

The food is very good and plentiful, from appetizer to dessert. However, the service was a little too fast for our liking, but it's still a good place to eat.

A truly wonderful discovery! A warm welcome, attentive service, and refined cuisine make this restaurant the perfect place for a delightful evening with your partner or friends. We discovered this superb restaurant during a weekend in Burgundy and had a fantastic time. We will definitely be back.
