Honestly, I'm always impressed by the presentation of the dishes. Instead of the filling being inside the galette, it's on top of the galette. It's original and also very tasty 🙂

A quick note to the lovely waitresses at this crêperie: thank you so much for your warm welcome and kindness. I've rarely been so pampered!
As for the crêpes: without a doubt among the best (if not the best) I've ever tasted (and I'm a true Breton). The batter (both savory and sweet) is excellent, and they don't skimp on the fillings.
I didn't try the other fillings, but I have no doubt about their quality :)

A warm and friendly welcome, excellent galettes and crêpes – this is my third time back at the Crêperie du Connétable, and certainly not my last as a resident of Angers. This time I chose La Col Vert (with smoked duck breast) and La Meringuée (lemon ice cream 🍋 and meringue pieces), a real treat! ...Good to know: the restaurant is well-ventilated during this heatwave, so you'll have a pleasant time.

We had a wonderful time; the setting, the welcome, everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Special mention goes to the frangipane crepe, which was truly delicious!
