Wonderful service; the rain hadn't dampened our spirits, and we chose this inn as our home for the evening. Although the place was full, we tried to tempt fate by the fire. The innkeeper, not having been born yesterday, let us enjoy a croque monsieur on the terrace and set sail for other adventures.

We had a very pleasant time. It was my first time, but my family has eaten there a few times. We all enjoyed our meals. And the servers were very professional and very kind. I recommend this restaurant where everyone can find something they like. The menu isn't huge, but it's still very diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes. Thank you

A nice little brasserie by the canal. The staff is welcoming. We only had an aperitif, but we would have certainly enjoyed a light dinner. Not far away, on the opposite bank, a Viking longship watches us.

We opted for takeout during our stay. The service was quick and attentive (butter, lemon sauce, etc.). The food was high quality. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Excellent experience at this very friendly place where it's best to book. We finally got a table and enjoyed two excellent burgers. A special mention for the Ambush cocktail. A truly fantastic team. Thank you so much!

12/08/2026: Welcome to the ogres. I usually have a pretty good appetite, but halfway through the meal I'm already stuffed.
11/08/2026: My sister and I went there last night for our last evening in Carentan. It was tricky finding a restaurant that served mussels and fries, and then Les Ponts d'Ouve appeared on our route. We were delighted, definitely not disappointed, and I highly recommend it. The food is classic but generous and, above all, delicious! The service was top-notch, run by young people, which I think is great, and they're fantastic. The owner is very pleasant too. However, don't order an afternoon snack if you go in the evening because the portions are so generous, but excellent! When we're back in the area for our next vacation, we'll definitely go back!

05/08/2026: Delighted to have discovered this restaurant! "Simple" dishes, but perfectly cooked. Delicious, a pretty cool atmosphere but with a classy and elegant decor. A very professional team.
03/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal with a group of six friends. The terrace was packed, but we were served quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
