04/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic. We come every year for the commemorations and we love enjoying a pizza by the canal or the marina.
The pizzas are delicious and the service is perfect!
15/03/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. The quality and quantity were just right, appetizing and generously filled. Reasonable prices for any budget. The staff were very professional; I highly recommend them without hesitation.

02/05/2026: There were six of us. The service was quick despite the crowd. The main course was good. The only downside was the dessert. Nothing exceptional, and I had to send mine back because the panna cotta was full of gelatin lumps. They apologized afterward and didn't charge me for it.
01/05/2026: We had a very good meal. We were served quickly, there was a wide selection, and the dishes were very good. The pizzas are large and generous. We opted for ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the dining room was quite quiet. They accept holiday vouchers. We are delighted with this restaurant.

07/05/2026: A very pleasant and relaxing establishment thanks to its decor, but the music is a bit too loud, even if it doesn't seem too loud to allow for conversation.
The politeness, the service, the food, the dishes served, the price… truly nothing to complain about, quite the opposite, just a big thank you 🙏🏻
We will definitely return on our next visits because it's a place we discovered and will recommend 👍🏻

19/05/2026: I just arrived and will be having lunch there, so I don't have an opinion on the food yet.
However, the place is very welcoming, and the decor and layout are varied and incredibly pleasant!
As for the service, I ordered a cappuccino and a Vittel water, which were served with kindness, friendliness, and a smile 😁
I highly recommend this place; the menus and drinks (in moderation) are enticing and pique your curiosity 🤗

09/06/2026: I've been staying in hotels every day for nine years and I've never seen anything like it. The room wasn't clean, the walls were stained everywhere, the towel warmer was rusty, and the light fixture was hanging off the ceiling. I arrived at 6:30 PM and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came. Even when you're first in the breakfast room, there are crumbs on the table that must have been there the day before. Paying €128 for a night's stay for this is a disgrace.

07/04/2026: It was a must-see in town because of the history of the place, especially if you've seen the series "Band of Brothers." The service was excellent; we were attended to immediately. The atmosphere was interesting; several people were watching a horse race with great enthusiasm. It's a shame that there's hardly any information about the history of the place in the shop. I think they should promote it more; all I saw were lottery tickets and various flags from different countries, seemingly out of place. I hope they change that.
16/03/2026: This is a very important stop on your Band of Brothers tour of Europe.
In June of 1944, when the 506th PIR assaulted the town of Carentan, Easy Company approached the town from the south. As they neared this cafe, they came under fire from German MGs nearby.
Across the street is a pharmacy. It was a pharmacy back in 1944 too. Some of the Easy Company men took shelter behind it.
If you’re walking the footsteps of the Band of Brothers, make sure your route takes you by this cafe. If you’re hungry or thirsty, you might consider stopping inside for some refreshment.

09/05/2026: Nice hygiene report published in the local press! Administrative closure is outrageous; it's a disgrace to see such things in your establishment's kitchens.

27/11/2025: Everything worked, but the whole facility is neglected and not very clean.
02/10/2025: The car wash floor (rollers) is very slippery because it's full of mud.
Very rarely cleaned.
It's dangerous.
This lack of maintenance is a shame.
