A little disappointed with the location because the flyer shows the terrace facing the canal, which isn't the case. Otherwise, the service was very good, the dishes were generous and delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent.

We ate there on our way back from the D-Day beaches, and the meal was very generous. The toilets are very cramped and need a good renovation. We were crammed into one room even though other rooms were free. I felt bloated all afternoon after eating mussels; I don't know if it was from that, but I have my doubts. The dining room is also very dark for my taste; when you're at the back, you can't see the daily specials on the chalkboard. Despite that, we ate well.

There were four of us for lunch, two adults and two children. The mussels were delicious, enormous in size. The fries that go with the mussels are "all you can eat," but I defy anyone who asked for a second round given the size of the dish. The children's menu includes salad and nuggets with fries, or another option I can't remember. The menu ends with vanilla and strawberry ice cream, which I won't comment on!

24/08/2026: Wonderful service; the rain hadn't dampened our spirits, and we chose this inn as our home for the evening. Although the place was full, we tried to tempt fate by the fire. The innkeeper, not having been born yesterday, let us enjoy a croque monsieur on the terrace and set sail for other adventures.

29/08/2026: A fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. Delicious pizzas, a pleasant atmosphere, and very welcoming and kind servers and owners. A superb experience with my children. Remember to book ahead, as it might not be full. Thank you for the warm welcome and this lovely time 🙏🏽👏🏽
