First visit today and I have mixed feelings… The wait for our order was very long; we felt a bit forgotten. The food is good, but the €10 mojito was frankly disappointing… When it came time to pay, we felt invisible, as the staff preferred to talk about tips… It's a shame, because the terrace and the main square make for a very pleasant setting! On the other hand, we ate well, but the service needs improvement!

Always a very warm welcome at Le Coq Hardi. The staff are friendly, smiling, and helpful, and orders are taken quickly every time. The terrace is very sunny and you feel really comfortable there. The quality of the drinks and food is also excellent. A great spot on Lille's Grand Place.

Fantastic atmosphere, incredibly friendly service, a Cuban music playlist 😉 and, above all, delicious food. A place where you quickly feel at home. The quality-price-happiness ratio is unbeatable 😇 I highly recommend it.

While passing through Lille, we stumbled upon this terrace. After about an hour's wait, our children's menu and salad were finally served. Unfortunately, we didn't have a carafe of water or salt. The service was rather slow, although the servers were very pleasant and smiling. Finally, we felt the value for money was a little below our expectations.

An excellent location, a crowded terrace, there were three of us for starter, main course, and dessert, and frankly, apart from an uninteresting starter, the rest was very good, tasty and good value for money, our waitress was really courteous and professional despite the crowd.
