We had a pretty good time at this pizzeria on a Saturday lunchtime with the family! 😋 The pizzas were really good, the crust a little thin for my taste, but that's really subjective. The manager seemed to be in a very good mood, however, the waitress who served our table seemed a bit grumpy during the service, not very pleasant to be honest, but once it was past 2 pm when we finished our meals, she became much nicer, perhaps the stress of the busy period?

We came to celebrate a birthday and had a very good time. It's a shame that this good time was largely due to the friendliness and cheerfulness of the staff, and not to the food itself. Mind you, it was still good, however, coming to an Italian restaurant, I expected more authentic cuisine, given my Italian heritage. I would have appreciated a choice of pasta types; here, we had penne, cooked al dente, although a little firm. The Bolognese sauce lacked flavor, but was still acceptable. Overall, the pasta dishes are a bit pricey. I admit I didn't ask if they were homemade, in which case the price would be justified. Otherwise, I think that for the same price, you could choose other dishes on the menu. I'd like to end on a positive note, as the welcome was excellent, the staff were lovely and incredibly kind, and the service was superb, not to mention lightning-fast. Special mention for their homemade chili oil, which is excellent. I recommend it for a casual meal with friends; perhaps less so for a first date. Thank you anyway.
