Pleasant, intimate atmosphere. The staff is also very helpful and informative. Delicious cocktails.

It had been 27 years since I'd been to Le Corsaire. And it's just like it used to be: huge glasses (like vases), an amazing selection, and the atmosphere to match. It's the last true cocktail bar (untouched by globalization) from that era. The Shaker in Amboise has a menu that's nothing special, and the Route des Îles in Tours is no longer there.

Excellent cocktail bar, exceptional place! The bartenders are remarkably friendly and provide excellent service, the cocktails are original and delicious, and if you arrive before 9pm they also serve you a sufficient aperitif for dinner!

The Corsait seems to have dropped anchor in another era, with a decor and atmosphere that feel a bit dated. At a time when everyone is facing adversity, it would benefit from updating its menu: simpler dishes, prices more in line with its home port and local clientele, and products from our region. A warmer service, one that tells a story, shares a passion, and creates a connection, would undoubtedly make all the difference and encourage people to come back on board—it can't hurt! 🙂

Great atmosphere, especially since the Christmas decorations were still up. The decor is striking, and the menu is perfectly themed. Nice. The cocktails are a bit pricey, but they come with snacks. The presentation in a seashell is very interesting. The cocktails are enormous. Consider offering charcuterie and/or cheese platters. See you soon.

Great atmosphere at Bar Le Corsaire. The decor is warm and original, you immediately feel at home. The cocktails are excellent, well-balanced, and varied, with some great discoveries on the menu. The staff is welcoming, professional, and offers helpful advice. Perfect for starting or ending the evening, with very convenient late hours. I highly recommend it.

A fantastic evening at this exceptional bar. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2025/2026 there. The service was top-notch. The cocktails were enormous. A truly wonderful discovery!
