Great atmosphere and delicious food, very friendly service

We had a lovely time at Le Cosy restaurant; the food was delicious and plentiful. The waitresses were friendly, attentive, and professional. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Impeccable service and excellent food. It's all in the little details, like the fans on the tables, the waitress who anticipates requests and any missing dishes, and the breezy terrace. We didn't ask her name, but a special mention goes to her—she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

I stopped in for a cappuccino and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Both were very good, but I didn't try the food. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant.

We ordered two dishes. The salad had a very interesting name, "The Maiden's Garden," and it was very rich and substantial; I loved both. The duck leg was slightly dry and fragrant, with a decent texture, though the inner part was more tender. The duck gizzard was quite soft, not chewy at all, and had savory bacon bits. The most surprising dish was the red wine foie gras, which was definitely much better than what we often eat in China. It was smoother and more tender overall, with a more pronounced foie gras flavor. However, the fish was a bit disappointing. The meat was a little dry, the saltiness was weak, and the fish flavor wasn't very strong. The garlic sauce on top was quite good. The mashed potatoes underneath, on the other hand, had a slightly sweet aftertaste and seemed to contain some fish bits, making them quite good. The restaurant owner seemed very relaxed and hummed a tune from time to time. The service was perfectly adequate. A lady even very kindly inquired about our experience. Overall, it was a good experience.

We just spent nine days in Menton, and the owner and/or staff were so friendly and welcoming that we had breakfast at this restaurant every day and dinner one evening as well—it was among the best meals of our trip! It would be hard to find a better place to eat and relax! It's a shame we live so far away!
