On a cycle ride in the area, we called on a Sunday. Very pleased they were still open. Waiter was friendly and the sharing board of meat and cheese was very good value. Altogether lovely atmosphere, good food and friendliness. Definitely recommend.

Point positif : service toute la journée, bien situé, serveur sympa. Point négatif : plat peu recherché ou élaboré. Rien de "frais". Prix correct.

07/05/2024: Un régal du début à la fin , que de bons produits, un restaurant comme on aimerait en trouver beaucoup ! Félicitation au chef , vous méritez de réussir !
09/03/2024: C'est avec toute son expérience de paysan cuisinier que le chef a repris cet établissement de Barjac. Il y propose une cuisine fine et variée, avec des produits essentiellement locaux et écologiques, dans un menu 6 services qui reste une (très bonne) surprise.

14/12/2025: We had a very pleasant stay in a charming and stately setting. The furnishings were more than perfect in a tastefully restored space. Bruno and his wife gave us a very warm, even friendly, welcome. I was able to enjoy playing the piano in the living room. The Chinese suite is stunning. The breakfast was original, generous, and simply delicious. We will certainly return with pleasure, and we wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, located in a beautiful area between southern Ardèche and northern Gard. Jean-François and Christine
