Raclette, fondue, charcuterie are very good, but raclette served on a plate is not necessarily adequate to meet everyone's need to consume it hot, even if the staff adapt as much as possible to the pace of the customers.

After reading numerous reviews of various restaurants, we had an irresistible craving for raclette. This one caught my eye thanks to its many positive comments. And we're so glad we did! We arrived without a reservation, and luckily, a table was still available. We received a very warm welcome. Raclette costs €24 per person. It's all-you-can-eat cheese, accompanied by a charcuterie platter and potatoes. The price is entirely justified, as the cheese was plentiful and of very high quality, as was the charcuterie. We left with very full stomachs! 🤣 The atmosphere was very pleasant. The service and ambiance were excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant! You can go without hesitation!

Impeccable service! The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful! And the atmosphere was fantastic! I loved it!
It's a shame I was only passing through, otherwise I'd come back every day!
I highly recommend this restaurant... you won't be disappointed. Everything is spotless!
I recommend the ribeye steak with green peppercorn sauce! A real treat!

In a word, PERFECT. New Year's Day meal for four adults and one child. Excellent service, delicious and generous portions, quality ingredients, in a very pleasant setting.
We know where to eat again during our next holiday in the region.

We ordered raclette, and imagine our surprise when we learned we wouldn't be served raclette cheese; instead, the waitresses would be serving it to us.
The cheese was overcooked and oozing with fat.
If I had known, I would have ordered something else...

Generous and delicious dishes made with as many fresh ingredients as possible. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The owner spontaneously (and with a smile) offered to take away any uneaten food. Reservations are highly recommended, even essential!
A must-visit in Gérardmer.
Note: Second visit almost a year later, still just as good, owner and staff still just as welcoming. An address to remember!
