A very mediocre place. The water temperature in most pools is 35 degrees and there is not a single pool with a temperature of 40 like you would find in any decent place in the world. In an alpine place, this would be expected. The hammam is not particularly hot either. As for the water, it did not smell or taste of sulfur, so one can only believe that these are indeed natural spring waters. Overall, a nice place but nothing more.

Extensive jet options, an outdoor section. Very pleasant.

These spas are very complete, they have different swimming pools spread over two floors, both indoor and outdoor. In fact, you can start with an indoor pool, go outside through the water, go up to the upper level, and from the outdoor pool access the water inside the upper floor. The water is at a very good temperature and there are spaces and areas of all kinds. In June 2023, being there for two hours costs €20, so we can consider them economical. Inside there were guides to be able to introduce people with disabilities to the pools. Bravo! 👏 There is a free car park nearby, and walking around we can visit the whole town.

I don't think we'll be going back, given the price and the quality of the baths. The water in the main pool isn't very warm. It needs cooling, and the facilities are starting to show their age. The hammam is no longer there. As with so many things, prices are going up while services are going down. It's a real shame...

A guaranteed relaxing experience in a beautiful, very clean establishment. Two hours for 25 Euros—I think the price is very reasonable for everything offered. Unfortunately, I wanted to book a massage, but I left it too late. The reception was perfect. Changing time is included in the two hours, so don't spend too much time there. Jacuzzi, hammam, hot and cold baths—you can relax and enjoy this moment of well-being. No photos because we wanted to enjoy it without our phones. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

The facilities are meticulously maintained, designed for enjoyment from beginning to end. The value for money is excellent: very affordable rates for everything they offer. The highlight, without a doubt, is the heated thermal water circuit in the baths, a truly relaxing and well-maintained experience. They also have showers, free lockers, a private changing room, and a snack machine, so nothing is missing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return. In fact, I came all the way from Barcelona, ​​and it was totally worth the trip. A huge thank you to the owners and the entire team for offering this wonderful experience to tourists from afar, for the fantastic service and professionalism of all the employees. The setting is magnificent and the facility is very well equipped (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hammam). The controlled access sometimes creates a wait at the entrance, but it has the advantage of preserving comfort inside. An expansion—like the one Balnéa in Loudenveille has done three times—would be an excellent idea. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars because the place is showing its age (is it a lack of maintenance?). A few examples: - The water jets on the benches in the two outdoor pools are malfunctioning. It's impossible to sit facing some of the jets because they're so powerful. - The same issue occurs with the seats with side jets; the jets swing from one extreme to the other (excessive pressure like a pressure washer on one side, just a trickle of water on the other), making it impossible to sit comfortably. One of the bubble benches in the upper indoor pool is no longer working. And yesterday, there was a heating problem in the large indoor pool, which was barely lukewarm. The lifeguard's response ("we've just turned the temperature up again") raises doubts about the lack of automatic regulation. It's a series of frustrating details that suggest this facility is showing its age. What a shame!

Always very pleasant, even if some people think they're in a water park...

Nice enough to spend two hours, but no more. It's always packed in the afternoon (during holiday periods, it's limited to 250 people). Little old ladies come and stay glued to the fountains for almost an hour... That's the downside; everything is taken, and once people have found their spot, they don't move.
