I spent three hours in the spa area. The sensory journey is simply magnificent, and the place is superb: a pool, hammam, sauna at different temperatures, a cold plunge pool, and the salt room is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed for three hours in this fabulous and very clean place.

An absolutely incredible experience in this magical place steeped in character and history... The renovations are of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to detail (decor, scents, etc.). We also enjoyed excellent food (bistro and tapas). The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Having been to many high-end spas, we were delighted by the quality of the treatments and the spa itself. We left with a feeling of complete relaxation! The place is calm and peaceful. Two nights, two days, and two treatments that we won't soon forget! Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family. PS: For those who left 1/5 ratings, there seems to be a misunderstanding; it appears we didn't visit the same establishment. For those still hesitating: Go for it! This place deserves to be known! A place seemingly untouched by time, it invites relaxation; the spa is splendid, the restaurants excellent, and the service impeccable. The spacious rooms are also magnificent. A flawless and truly beautiful address that you absolutely must discover!

Our suite was lovely, comfortable, and quiet. We slept very well, and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast which was included was excellent and I have never dined anywhere where our cappuccinos arrived more quickly.
