Very friendly brasserie, the managers and staff are very competent and warm, helpful, I invite you to discover! At the end of the day the boss welcomes you to enjoy the bar...

So we agree it’s a bistro! At 17 euros the menu does not include the gravy boat and the radishes cut into the shape of a flower... 10 years since I came even though it was my occasional canteen when I worked in Chartres! Little tear in my eye, the team has not changed (or very little)!! It's loud, it's fast, it's good!!! And that’s what we expect from Cristal! Would not change a thing. (01/26/2024)

This is a small and very nice restaurant with "simple" but very good food for a reasonable price. It was quite full during lunchtime but the service was very fast and the staff was very friendly. From the start to the dessert, nothing to complain about. I really recommend this place which is located in a shopping center area. Easy to park your car and for free.
