Tommy welcomed me, Tommy served me, Tommy entertained me... Okay, I'm talking about Tommy because, well, he was there. But he wasn't the only one. I'd never stopped at this bar in downtown Valence before. What a pleasant surprise! He wasn't condescending at all. He served us what we asked for, and it was very good. I recommend it for a quick stop or a longer visit. They're kind and welcoming. Not fussy. Thanks to Crystal for this enjoyable time. Romuald, but not Gerald.

24/03/2026: A friendly place, and a charming setting.
03/03/2026: The dish of the day was good but the mashed potatoes were cold. There were twelve of us and it was the same for everyone. It's a shame, the waitress was friendly.

18/03/2026: A truly wonderful evening! We were greeted by a charming lady. The service was excellent: there were plenty of staff to serve us. The dishes were delicious: a special mention for the pan-fried artichokes! All the dishes looked appetizing. A decadent waffle for dessert (and I don't have much of a sweet tooth!!). Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the shallot tatin: it was so popular! Next time I'm in Valence, please save one for me! Thank you for this lovely evening :)
