It was a discovery while passing through Troyes. Charming welcome. Minimalist but very well thought out decoration. What can we say about the meal... It was a delight from starter to dessert.. Beautiful presentation.. Time to taste each dish... without having the impression that the rest is already ready... What can we say about the price... A low price... Which is very rare to be highlighted, especially with this quality. A big congratulations...

During our visit to Troyes we had lunch here: 2* starters and 2* main course. We chose the daily recommendations (surprise) fish and meat and were not disappointed - the food was excellent. Everything was right in terms of price - rather cheap for the quality. The service was very nice and friendly. We also liked the bright and airy ambience - another highlight in Troyes.

It was delicious! I chose the menu which was very well done. As someone who doesn't eat andouillette, I was won over. Slight disappointment in the work of the dessert compared to the rest. Very pleasant restaurant with its light and carefully considered decoration! Room that I would describe as intimate.

A nice place in the heart of Troyes. The welcome is very friendly and smiling. The room and the atmosphere are sober but neat. A food and drinks menu with something to delight all palates. The dishes are very well presented and very well cooked. A beautiful place to spend an evening with family or friends.

Sunday evenings, spontaneously without a reservation: friendly and obliging service, good wine advice, excellent food, attentive service, fair prices for the very good cuisine - absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ohhhh mon dieu 😱😱 vite n'attendez plus !!! " Le Damier" le restaurant à Troyes qui est juste incroyable les plats sont juste très goûteux et raffinés et l'équipe charlotte et le chef incroyable vraiment allez-y les yeux fermé juste "Amazing" en entrée croquettes de patates douces au morbier👌je vous laisse découvrir le reste de la carte tout seul vous m'en direz des nouvelles 👍👍👍Mme FILALI.🙏🙏

29/09/2024: We were there on Sunday for 10 a.m. without reservation and were taken care of very quickly, the welcome was warm. Once the order was placed we didn't wait long to be served. The brunch was very generous and good, a little bonus on the homemade jam which was delicious!!! Too bad he didn't sell it...

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes
