On our way back from winter sports, we stopped in Troyes and spent an evening on the barge. A warm welcome, good service, and a good menu. In short, a lovely family evening on the barge.

04/05/2026: I came to celebrate my birthday with friends, but we were disappointed by the service, which was unfriendly and inattentive. The bottle of wine wasn't even poured, unlike what's often the case elsewhere. Several dishes were unavailable, and there was no possibility of substitution. Furthermore, the menu wasn't up-to-date. It's a shame, because overall the food is still good and the price is reasonable.
