Excellent, original cuisine (the artichoke with cumin, Midi sauce, and honey was sublime; the ravigote sauce was invigorating). Impeccable and attentive service (lemonade offered to rehydrate us) and a good choice of background music (I'm a fan of Alt-J!). Keep up the great work!

Thank you to the entire team – waitresses, cooks, sommelier – everything was perfect from beginning to end. Thanks to you all, my sister and I were able to share a delightful moment enjoying refined dishes, and we were lucky enough to see my daughter doing her internship. Here are a few photos: her thin slices of smoked duck breast with raspberry chutney, her chocolate mousse with fleur de sel, and her poached peach with verbena, accompanied by a quenelle of white chocolate, to whet your appetite and encourage you to come and share a wonderful experience.
