Charming and well-kept place.
The staff is attentive, never intrusive and helpful.
In the heart of Ajaccio, this restaurant is also appreciated for the feeling of "pampering" that comes... soft music in the background and an ambience spot on in every detail.

🌟 We recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Directoire restaurant in Ajaccio and we were literally transported by the excellence of their cuisine.
Each dish was an explosion of flavors, subtly combining freshness and quality of ingredients.

I go back every year, but it is clear that in terms of cuisine, it is very uneven.
This year it was more than average, bordering on not good. The straciatella of the pesto pasta was too firm a burata, the vegetarian dish was bad without seasoning for the tabbouleh, the hummus was terribly garlicky, the other dishes were not good either.
I remember coming 3 or 4 years ago and loving it! It's more elaborate, better executed, very sophisticated.

A very beautiful place. Delicious local cuisine. The cocktails, beers and wines are local too. The servers are very friendly and give good advice.

Nous avons réservé par "the fork". Accueil sympathique. Carte variée, vous pourrez trouver votre bonheur. Installé sur la terrasse, très vite le serveur nous a rejoint pour nous donner de plus amples renseignements sur les plats et sur les vins. Très pro. Les assiettes étaient belles et bonnes. Bon restaurant.
