A restaurant where everything is perfect! The service is efficient and friendly, the dishes are worthy of a Michelin star, and the value for money is incredible! Highly recommended. Look no further: book a table and go for dinner. A wonderful discovery.

The future is bright at Le Galion! 👏❤️ My uncle, the restaurant's former chef, has taken a well-deserved retirement… and I must say, Steevy is doing a fantastic job taking over! An exceptional rouille, bursting with flavor, that does the restaurant proud. 😋 Well done, Steevy, for this magnificent work and for keeping the spirit of Le Galion alive! 👨‍🍳🔥 Uncle can be proud of the next generation! 😉❤️

This restaurant is PERFECT. The atmosphere is charming, the soupe de poisson was soooo delicous and the portion ginormous. Plus the service is IMPECCABLE. They really give the cliche that french servers are slow and unfriendly a run for its money! The servers were fast, efficient and super nice! Loved loved loved the entire experience.

22/09/2026: Great restaurant within the ramparts, fantastic service, really nice and delicious food, I highly recommend it
18/09/2026: A lovely evening at Dit Vin... I came on the recommendation of "Pierre les Saucissons" from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, and he was right to do so! Dinner on the patio, beautiful decor, nestled among the trees... banana trees, at a lovely blue tiled table. The red wine from Domaine de Silène is "divine" for those who enjoy powerful wines 😉, and the tuna tartare was delicious... Thank you to Nicolas for his attentive and charmingly quirky service, and to "Zaza" for her wonderful, discreet, and cheerful energy. The owner, Jean-Luc, is approachable, communicative, and courageous in this new venture 😉. I highly recommend it.

26/09/2026: Friendly welcome, affordable prices for a quick meal. Service was a little slow.
13/09/2026: We arrived just before closing time but were still served and it was very good! I recommend it.
