A very good restaurant in Aigues-Mortes. The owner is very friendly and proud of running the oldest restaurant in town. Despite this distinction, the establishment has managed to keep its cuisine fresh and modern. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The menu reflects current tastes, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is top-notch and friendly.

A wonderful discovery in the heart of Aigues-Mortes: Le Galion restaurant! Everything was perfect, from the service to the food. We tried the hot stone grill and the mixed fish platter: the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. The welcome was warm and the service was always with a smile, which was much appreciated. You can feel the expertise of an institution that has been established for over 50 years (a longevity you only discover when the bill arrives!). Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant recommended by the Hotel Le Médiéval. A very warm welcome and very friendly staff. The meal was excellent. We chose the €29 set menu. Beautifully presented dishes. I recommend this restaurant.

Delicious brasserie fare, succulent fries, and above all, impeccable service with thoughtful touches to keep our young children entertained, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful family meal. 07/04/2026: On our way back from a weekend getaway, we stopped in Aigues-Mortes to explore this beautiful little medieval town. During our stroll, we were drawn in by the smell of grilling food, and the original idea of ​​a small private griddle appealed to us: simple, efficient, and delicious. The whole experience was enhanced by an exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive waitress. A big thank you, and we highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: What a wonderful surprise when we arrived at this magical place! We received such a warm welcome, and Jean-Christophe was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything here is pure luxury, tranquility, and pleasure. The decor is magnificent, with exquisite taste. The breakfast served in our room was fantastic, refined, and excellent.
08/04/2026: A wonderful experience at the Hôtel des Remparts. We had a truly enjoyable stay from beginning to end. The location is ideal, just steps from an entrance to the ramparts, close to the tower, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful. The staff is attentive, and the room was superb, comfortable, and well-maintained. The spaces like the pool and spa are perfect for relaxing. We were traveling with our dog, and the welcome he received was particularly appreciated—you can tell that everything is designed with dogs in mind, which isn't always the case. The breakfast is excellent, with high-quality products, and we also really enjoyed having a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Special mention goes to the tapas, which showcase a great collaborative approach with local artisans and restaurants. A place where you simply feel at home. We will gladly return.
