I want to emphasize the professionalism and friendliness of the young Algerian waiter; he's fantastic! Unfortunately, he was targeted by a racist customer who made comments about his Arab origins, even though he had received excellent service. We sensed that the waiter was deeply affected by this situation, and we hope that management will support him.
