14/12/2023: I had the pleasure of discovering the Japanese restaurant recently, and my dining experience was simply delicious. This subtle marriage between French and Japanese cuisine has created a unique gastronomic experience. The setting of the restaurant is elegant, with an ambiance that harmoniously blends elements of French and Japanese culture. This creates a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. As for the food, every dish was a true work of art. The chefs have managed to brilliantly fuse refined French flavors with subtle Japanese techniques. I particularly appreciated the creativity of the dishes, combining fresh, quality ingredients. The service was also up to par, with attentive and professional staff.
