Le Dôme sur Lyon

It's only been a few hours since we were on vacation and our first stop in the city of Clermont-Ferrand will remain in our memory! A restaurant we like: kindness of the team, generosity of dishes made in Auvergne! A real French restaurant! A big thank you to Chef Seb for this tasting. Hats off to the whole team, we will be back.

Extraordinary! Passing through Clermont as a group, we were very well received and served :) Homemade and very hearty food, I recommend the truffade! Thank you to the whole team for your smiles, willingness and professionalism. I can only recommend them!

Particularly pleasant restaurant, nicely decorated, the owner and the employees are absolutely charming, smiling, the cuisine is really extremely good, the truffade is served like nowhere else in Auvergne, we have been living in Clermont-Ferrand for 4 years, it is impossible for us not to eat in this place before leaving the region, it's such a pleasure, plus the location is particularly wonderful on the main square in the evening lit up with entertainment, really don't hesitate to go for lunch or dinner in this fantastic place, thank you to all team thank you dear Madam for your kindness your welcome your availability it is always a real pleasure to come to your establishment

You have to persist to find the restaurant. But great. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. 👍

The interiors are impressive and the place is worth checking just for that reason. The service is average, the drinks are good but overpriced and thus the value is in the eye of the beholder.

This bar is located in the InterContinental hotel in Lyon, which is a former hospital. The bar is gorgeous! A huge and intricately decorated dome, high ceilings, stunning flowers. The high-back seating is comfortable and allows for quiet conversation among guests. The cocktail menu was large and featured both classics and seasonal creations. Wide selection -- easy for anyone to find something to like. Good non-alcoholic cocktails, too. On both nights we went, our cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented. There is a small food menu. A croque monsieur sandwich was delicious, paired with a perfectly-dressed salad. And a chicken Caesar salad was ample and tasty. Overall, definitely a splurge, but worth it for the lovely interior, great drinks, and polished service.
