A wonderful experience at this restaurant!
The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The interior is chic and inviting. The amuse-bouche was excellent, and the cocktails were truly delicious. The food is superb, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
We also had the opportunity to discover different vanilla beans presented by a passionate individual—an interesting and enjoyable moment.
A lovely evening.
We highly recommend this restaurant!

It was fantastic. It was more than my and my wife’s expectation. If you have chances to come here or even close to this area you must go to this restaurant. All the dishes were carefully cooked using the best character of the meat and vegetables, cheese, melingue, fruits, herbes etc. You can enjoy great lunch/dinner.

We dined at the restaurant for Valentine's Day. The set menu consisted of four courses (including an amuse-bouche, coffee, and a complimentary glass of champagne). The chef's experience was evident in the mastery of the cooking techniques; the meal was very good. However, we felt the price was a bit high (we would have liked more wild salmon than just three small cubes). What also bothered us somewhat, for a restaurant of this caliber, were the paper napkins on tables without tablecloths, a very short wine list (perhaps lacking a proper sommelier?), and a few mistakes we noticed between the servers (a lack of training?).
In short, very good food, but some areas for improvement to truly stand out.

For two friends celebrating their birthdays in January, Domino (one of the few restaurants open on Sundays in Draguignan) was a wonderful and delightful experience! Recommended by friends, the restaurant recently reopened.
It has retained its chic and historic charm. The chef is an artist (a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, or Best Craftsman of France) who works with seasonal produce and explores its full potential.
The wine list is extensive and varied, and the exquisite cocktails are created by a young member of the staff.
And on top of all that, the welcome is warm and friendly. For a truly special moment of sharing, to savor excellent food in a remarkable setting: Domino is a gem.

Excellent restaurant. Dishes prepared with precision and a touch of originality. A Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) chef, a bartender who has mastered the art of cocktails, a sommelier, top-quality bread, a tastefully decorated dining room, and comfortable armchairs...
The prices are very affordable and reasonable considering the quality of the service. We will gladly return.
